Well, it appears that the headphone set is in fact working, if it works in two of the three other USB ports. Try plugging something else into one of the nonworking ports to see if it works. USB ports are delicate - pins can easily be dislodged inside - though the ports feel undamaged. You can get a self-powered USB hub to connect to a good USB port, which ends up cheaper than attempting to fix the bad USB ports. Now this, friend, has nothing at all to do with JAWS; but may be helpful information of record for others also. .
