Place your cursor where you want the picture. Do an alt I for insert. Type the letter p for picture. Arrow down to, from file and press enter. Navigate to the the file you want to insert and press enter on the file name. If you want Jaws to announce the location of the picture after you insert it, do this. Do an insert v for verboscity. Type a b until you hear, borders and pictures. If it is unchecked, press your spacebar to check it and then press enter. Now as you navigate through your document Jaws will announce your picture.
