Jimmy, What I have to do when I encounter that kind of message is to press my alt key, find my message tab , tab to, other action submenu and press my spacebar. Arrow down to, view in browser and press enter. I haven't found another way of reading that type of message, but hopefully somebody else will have a better suggestion.

Hello all. I'm using jaws 9, vista home premium, IE7 and outlook 2007. I am having a problem on my aser lap top where some web pages, such as the kccomm page won't read. I can't send the kccomm link because I can't get aws to copy the address from the address bar. But here's what happens. The page loads and it reads the title of the page and the links, however, it won't read the body of the message. I was doing the publishers clearing house thing and now that I'm in outlook 2007 it will not read the contents of the message. Now if I go to Jaws cursor mode, I can read the contents of the emails. I got an email from ASER this morning and it does the same thing. I'm not sure what's going on here, anybody have any ideas?
