I believe that when you use the procedure described by Brian, if there are
multiple lines in this block of text that you just "right justified", the
left edge of it will not be straight. Can anyone confirm this? I could be
wrong about this.

There is a way in MS Word to align part of a line to the right margin while
having part of the line aligned to the left margin. You might find that
using a table is still easier, but you can do it without creating a table.

Type the part of the line that you want to be left aligned but don't use
spaces between the words. Use non-breaking spaces. The hotkey for a
non-breaking space is CTRL-Shift-Spacebar. After you are done typing what
you want on the left then press the spacebar one time. Now type what you
want to align to the right margin but again use non-breaking spaces after
each word. The only actual regular space is between what you want on the
left and what you want on the right. When you have typed what you want on
the right be sure not to press spacebar. Before doing anything else press
CTRL-J for justification. The keystroke to immediately follow the CTRL-J is
Shift-Enter. Use the above steps for each line you want left and right
aligning to be applied to, using CTRL-J after each line and shift-enter to
move down a line. If you press enter instead of shift-enter it will take
away the right alignment.

In summary, non-breaking spaces are used instead of regular spaces between
words, the spacebar is used by itself only once and that divides what you
want on left and right. CTRL-J should be used immediately after typing the
last character on the line. Shift-enter should be used to move down to the
next line.
