I think you can create a new worksheet with control N like you would in a word processing program. If you want to rename a worksheet you can do it in one of two different ways:
1. If the old name is still in the title cell, you can type the new name and it will overwrite the old one. 2. Hit f-2 which will take you to edit. Then you can delete letters and type the new name of your worksheet. Hope this helps.
