Hi Roger.

I use the laptop layout wth JAWS because I dont' even have a desktop 
machine.  The laptopt layout uses the capslock as a JAWS key.  The commands 
are not difficult to memorize.  You can use the insert key to on a laptop 
when the capslock key is too far away, as with insert+F12 for checking the 
time with just one hand.  Very handy.  Also, going from JAWS to PC to 
invisible cursors is quite simple with the laptop layout.  It's 
capslock+semicolon for pc cursor, capslock+p for JAWS cursor, capslock+left 
bracket to rout jaws to pc, and capsclock+p twice quickly to activate the 
invisible cursor.  If you need the normal functionality of the capslock, you 
just press it twice quickly by itself.  Hope this helps.
