Hi Max: I am using the full version of AVG with JAWS, no problem. What version of JAWS are you running? Are you using XP as I am? Before asking for your money back, perhaps you could speak to the techs at Grisoft, or give somebody on this group a chance to help you. It's a great program. Good luck.
