Hi. Since no one has responded so far, let me give you the Windows 7 answer in the hope it will lead you to your Windows 10 solution. If I correctly understand the path you show, you're going to programs from the root of the hard drive. Instead, press the Windows key, arrow up once to "All programs," right-arrow once, then press the first letter of any program name, and then press j for JAWS. Pressing the right arrow key on JAWS 18 from this point will open up the menu you want.
