Hi Matthew With Outlook closed. Open the control panel. Navigate to mail. After pressing enter a dialog opens. Use, shift control, to find the data tab. Here you tab through the buttons and options ,until you land in the list view. Here use the up and down arrow keys to find your file. On my machine JAWS announces jeff.ost, at the end of the file announcement. Now shift tab back to the delete button and use space bar. Close this dialog as well as control panel and open Outlook.
