Hi Al, you are welcome. I like to share many keystrokes for doing the same task, that way a blind computer user, can choose, what keystroke works better for them. In W-10, pressing Windows key+Tab, brings up a list of open windows as well, use your right arrow key, press enter on the window you want to gain focus.

I am always afraid of causing problems to my computer and unable to get it back to the way it was. I am not so sophisticated and I am just running: Windows 7, Word 2010 home edition and JAWS 13. I opened up 5 Word documents and Outlook and it seems that Jim's method works on my system. The only thing that happens to me as I right or left arrow to get to the different items, JAWS says Desktop between some of the documents that I have opened. Thanks for the help that I can now work on several documents at a time. Al -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Mike B. Is there a special sequence in which to press the keys?! I've tried several ways, but no go! LOL Take care. I have been working today, on the next lesson for the W-10 and Jaws group called, The Control and ALT keys, your best friend. I learned a new keystroke myself today. If you are like me, there may be times where you have six or more windows opened at the same time on your computer. If you press, Ctrl + Alt + Tab, and then use the right and left Arrow keys to see all the open windows on your computer, press Enter on the window you want to have focus, you will land in that window. This is fantastic, of course, you can ALT+Tab to the window you want as well. I like learning new keystrokes for different situations. I am not sure if this will work on prior versions of Windows, let me know. Happy learning! Smiles.
