Hi Jaws group, the new Smart lookup in Outlook 2016 works great. Read part of a lesson below I am working on right now.
**Using Smart lookup. This is a cool new feature, read below For an example of how to use Smart lookup in Outlook 2016. 1. I highlighted the word, "bible", in an open email. 2. I pressed the Applications key. 3. I pressed Uparrow to, Smart lookup, I pressed Enter, I heard a sound. 4. I was placed in a Smart lookup, result window. 5. I ignored the message saying, press Insert+ALT+M, for Controled elements, I pressed the Tab key instead. 6. I began Down arrowing through the results page. 7. I selected and copied the following text: "The Bible is a collection of sacred texts or scriptures that Jews and Christians consider to be a product of divine inspiration. and a record of the relationship between God and humans". . 8. When you are done with the Smart lookup window, press the ALT key, then press the ALT key a second time. 9. This places you right back into the same email, with the word you looked up using Smart lookup. 10. You can also press ALT+Tab, Tab away and Tab back, to close the results window for Smart lookup. *There may be other ways, to close the Smart lookup window, the above ways, worked fine for me. Give it a try, and let me know what you all think about the Smart lookup. Smiles Jim. For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
