This command for identifying colors was broken in JAWS 17. I need this for my work and I need to use JAWS 16 to perform the task. Freedom dropped the ball in 17 and hasn't worked on fixing it yet. They told me that this was a main priority for them, but it has been a year now and nothing. They are adding lots of stuff and fixing other things but not this. Kurt

Judy, I don't use this part of Outlook, but I wonder if JAWS key+5 on the number row above the letters might give you what you need. This is the key combination for JAWS to identify the foreground and background colors at the location where you have focus. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Judy Jones Sent: Monday, March 06, 2017 4:17 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: [JAWS-Users] Color-coding calendar appointments no longer works. I used to be able to do this with Jaws 15. Our office still uses Outlook 2010. However, I am now using Jaws 17, and in the calendar, pointing to an appointment, when I right-click and come to the colors sub-menu, now, instead of verbally naming the colors, I am presented with a non-voicing grid. Are there any work-arounds for this? Thanks very much.
