I get this quirky behavior sometimes and can't isolate the problem. For instance, when I need to access the context menu in a program, there are times the right windows button the computer will not activate anything. The Alt key will not activate anything either, and the only way to get back to the normal functions of those keys is to unload and reload Jaws. I am not sure what I am doing to cause this to happen, or the fix. I have called the Microsoft Windows support, but no solution. The expertise on this list is appreciated. Any ideas would be welcome.
