The folder list is when you go up and down arrow and here "Inbox", Sent
Items", "Deleted Items" ... Tab until you get to this list.
Go to the top of this list and that should be the name of the account you
are working with
You right mouse click on this item follow the instructions from the last
message.

At the top of the folder list is the parent folder (usually the name of
the
account).
Right mouse click on this and you will be presented with a list of tasks.
One of them is "move up" or "move down".
