Ed, I am typing an email message. It seems like I am typing faster than jaws can talk, if that makes sense, although I am not a speed typist. It should be able to keep up. It happens if the email is long and I am typing for a bit. I use Microsoft office outlook 2003, windows 7. Thanks. Judy & Libby

No need to restart the whole pc. You can also try alt + Tab away and back sometimes helps. Can you tell me what you are typing in when this happens. I have this happen all the time in Outlook 2010. Then it won't start again even if I wait half an hour, so I restart the computer. It is almost like it can't keep up with things and although I type at a decent speed it is not too fast.
