My problem is that I don't always understand some of these privacy
settings. They're like double speak to me. And that's with the 1607
build never mind the new one coming.

Faithfulness does not begin with large tasks-if it is not present in small

Wouldn't you know it, Microsoft went on ahead and enabled most of them
again without alerting me?
I wish there was a utility that was available for the Creator's
edition that would automatically disable every single Privacy
intrusion option for Windows with one click.
Also if it would disable all these stupid new Gaming options that
would be a plus too. I don't play any games on my laptop and don't
want any of this garbage on! You even have to go through and extra
step now to uninstall Program/Features.
I'm regretting more and more each day updating to this build.
