Hi All,I received a .doc document, but I can't read it. I'm informed that I need to create something in the control panel. As you can all see, I'm not familiar with this. I've been using JAWS for many years, but have never come across this situation. I know that many of you out there will know what the heck I'm talking about and will be able to help me. Thanks for any suggestions you may have.
