Hi Holger, These steps are for Word 2010, but are supposed to work with Word 2013 as well: From: Virgil Cook Press the alt key, which takes you to the ribbon. Then press n for the insert tab. Press n again. Press u and then b for bottom of page. You will hear "plain number one grid". Tab once. You will hear "plain number 2 grid. Press enter, which executes the command and returns you to the document. You should then have a number at the bottom center of each page. Virgil
