With his email service actually. I just got off the phone with a Verizon tech support lady and she quoted me the server protocols ETC. and it still doesn't work. She is going to get back to me in around an hour and with luck I'll have spoken to my cousin and got his account information by that point. Honestly not hopeful on that last deal.
