Patty, When it opens, use control home to go to the top of the email and then use say all.

Every time I open up an email it starts reading in the middle, or sometimes at the bottom. How do I get it to read at the top? I'm using windows10, jaws18, MS2010, and outlook, on a 32 bit computer.
