Hi Patty, using outlook 2016 here. Pressing Insert+V, arrowing down and checking the setting Messages automatically read to checked. Works for me. When I open a new email, Jaws reads from the top down. But most of the time, I just press control, to silence Jaws, press Control+home, do a Jaws say all with Insert+down arrow.
