If you use JAWS 18 and need to navigate a table on the web, you can also invoke smart navigation by pressing JAWS Key (Insert)+X; this is a toggle. Once you turn on smart navigation, you can use the arrow keys to move one cell at a time left or right or up or down. If you do not have JAWS 18, once in a table, you would hold down the control and alt keys while using the arrow keys to move by cell.
