With the switch to AOL for servicing Verizon emails, their spam filters have gotten very messed up. I was having great difficulty with this about ten days ago. I had the person to whom I was trying to send email to complete the Verizon/AOL White List form, usually there's a link in the bounced emal notice. My friend ultimately had to contact Verizon/AOL and got someone to fix all the filters.
