Hi Vicki, I receive PDF documents many times a week and my JAWS 18 has an excellent OCR feature to read them virtually perfectly. Also, once JAWS has run it through the OCR and it is on my screen I can arrow up and down to read lines as many times as I want. I can also then capture the readable document and place it into a text or Word document. Very handy. George
