I have the same issue. Yesterday, when I went to install the JAWS update, I waited for nearly a half an hour, before I restarted the computer myself. The install resumed, and worked fine after that. I have never had a seamless install of JAWS updates using the update feature in the program itself on my Windows 10 machine. I also have a Windows 7 computer, and have encountered no problems with running the updates on it.

I keep getting the message this app can't run on your pc when downloaded both throufggh update methead and through the direct download. I am running windows 10 1703 with all updates just installed.
