I had that same problem and the darn thing kept coming up and disturbing the heck out of me I phoned the Microsoft accessibility desk and they did it for me 800 936 5900 Just a thought

In your case, it's called "McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool"; can't speak on it's accessibility at all.
