I had that same problem and the darn thing kept coming up and disturbing the 
heck out of me
I phoned the Microsoft accessibility desk and they did it for me

Hello Mike,
The only safe way to remove any of these weeds is to use the un install
tool provided by the specific vendor.
In your case, it's called "McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool"; can't
speak on it's accessibility at all.
