Reposting my reply: I use scheduling assistant (Alt+H U from within a new
meeting request) and adjust the meeting start time until all of the invitees
are free. Their availability is shown in the Scheduling Assistant dialogue.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Moving between shared calendars in outlook!

Hi All,

Has anyone got any tips for working within shared calendars in Outlook 2016?
For instance, if you are comparing things like available dates and the like
between yourself and another persons shared calendar, whats a quick way of
moving between both calendars?.
Hope I have this right.

Many thanks,

Paul.
