Hello Judy, You can close the Downloads window by using CTRL W. Focus should return to where it was before you opened Downloads. You can also hold down CTRL and use tab key to move between open tabs. Using CTRL with numbers on the number row will open specific tabs. If Downloads opened as the second tab then using CTRL with 1 will go to the page you were viewing before opening Downloads.
