If you're in a web-based e-mail service, it is the same as in a web page. Place the JAWS Virtual Cursor into the address line and press CTRL+INSERT+ENTER to simulate overring on that line. JAWS will announce you the line in which there were changes, if any. To go to that line, press the letter j and, in the Jump To Line dialog, enter that number.
