I do a lot of things by trial and error (lots of the latter). On my business page I find a place where I can enter text and then I simply go to my MS Word doc and copy the text and then go back and paste it into the field where I want it. There are also places where you can browse for a file or image. The business pages are much harder to use than the regular FB page so I ask for sighted help as needed. If a sighted person tells me where they found a particular feature then that gives me a path for the future.
