Hi,

It has been a while since I dealt with inserting pictures into a PowerPoint
slide deck, but here is what I used to do.

Insert the picture from the Insert Menu.
 Use the Tab key to move from object to object on the slide until you come
to the picture.
Use your application key to bring up a context menu and navigate to
"position and size" or something like that.

A dialog box comes up and you can control the position from one tab, and the
size from another tab.

I would be interested in knowing if this works for you.

Taking a survey on some methods that people are using when dealing with
pictures in PPT. I have a method, but it involves checking place holder
position before the picture is place into the slide holder, taking notes and
then once the pic is inserted you have to resize to fit the original size of
the place holder. It works very well, but it can be time consuming. I am
wondering what some others are doing when placing pics into PPT.
