Here's the easyest way:
1. In Word or other Office program, press ALT+F to open the File tab (or
Backstage View) and then the letter T to open Options.
2. Go to the Advanced category.
3. Check the Provide Feedback with Sound option and press ENTER.
3. If you haven't installed the Office Sounds add-in, you'll get a prompt
to go to a download page. In this case, answer Yes to open that page in
your default web browser.
4. Below the Language combo box in this page, activate the Download link
and save the file.
5. Install the add-in by following the on-screen prompts.
6. Restart all Office programs and you're ready.
7. If you want to change the sounds, open the Sounds dialog either from
Control Panel or in the volume icon context menu, and in the three view
locate the Microsoft Office branch.
