You'll achieve much better results by writing the HTML directly in a text editor than you will with WYSIWYG editors - especially in regard to accessibility.

I work in Notepad ++ and occasionally Dreamweaver, but DW is a bit of a challenge. However to do this, you actually need to learn how to code in HTML and CSS which isn't hard at all and IMO, much better than using page building software. Pages created by these 'page builders' are usually not all that accessible and are very big files.
