Adrian, Thanks but unfortunately searching for text still does not go pass the first page of the document.

To the extent I understand anything about PDF files, they need to be properly tagged. What I do in order to get the information I need from untagged financial statements is to figure out what exactly that is. Typically, it's the amount due and the list of transactions, if any. I go directly to the amount due by searching for the $ dollar sign. If I want to read the transactions, I search for a portion of a date. For example, if the statement has a closing date in mid-September, I'll search for the two characters 9/ Since the most recent, and therefore top, transaction probably occurred in September. Naturally if 9/ doesn't work, I substitute 8/. Note. To search in a PDF document, press JAWS key+control+f. I realize this is a workaround, but perhaps it's helpful. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Greg Washington Sent: Saturday, September 09, 2017 8:19 AM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Changing pages in a pdf document Fernando, Thanks so much for responding. Unfortunately neither Control+page down or control+shift+n works on the document I am trying to read. Perhaps it’s the way the document was created that is causing the problem. The document is a monthly statement downloaded from my credit card web site. Iam using adobe acrobat reader DC.
