Honestly, I haven't tried Outlook 2016 since I still use WLM. However, it
happens occasionally with word, but not often. I had two differeht issues
with Excel. I called the disability desk, and they were able to help me both
times. They remoted into my computer. You might consider calling them if
your issues persist.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue. When I turn on my computer
and try to open Outlook 2016, it often doesn't open. I have to press enter
numerous times. Even when it does open, it takes a really long time. I have
Windows 7, Jaws 18, Office 365, and I E 11. Does anyone have any
suggestions?
