try a shift delete

I got the message Window Live Mail error. This happen when I went to jumk
mail to delete 3 messages. I restarted the PC several times but when I try
to delete the email it will not let me, Got the same message. In order to
send this, I went to WLM in search use application to go to new mail. Help.
