First off the messages are making it to the list just fine. Secondly if
memory serves it is F4 to open the configuration dialog box.

When you installed it, did you configure the data base tab? I don't recall
exactly
What options you need to check, but look in that tab if you haven't done
that yet. To get to that tab once installing, I think hit control+f4 to
bring up the options.

For some reason outlook 2010 isn't letting me reply to messages, so I am
writing a new message to the two of you, about CDEX. It is not retrieving
anything from the data base. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I have
