Mrne, Can it be that win-d or win-m is not working? Or try: press ins-3 first then win-m. Ins-3 will tell Jaws that the next key is for windows. Same as ins-b in Window-Eyes.
You can also minimize programs bij pressing alt-space and choose Minimize in that menu. Hope this helps.
