Hello Ted: Try this:
As to your question 1, from the open message press Alt, then Left-Arrow, then Down-Arrow, then Enter, then Down-Arrow to "Properties" and press Enter, then tab seven times to Internet Headers and press Home. From there, with Down-Arrow, you can read all the headers by letter, word or however you wish; you can copy them too. As to your second question, you must go to http://freedomscientific.com/downloads/JAWS and download the latest version of JAWS2018. They made an extra version to correct just the problem you mention, but it does not provoke a download when you check if you have the latest ersion from your Jaws Help menu. The alt-1 will read the sender's email address, but I want to read it character by character. When I hit the alt-3, it says all the names the sender is sending to, but not their email addresses. So, how can I read by character, all of these email addresses? Second, how can I get the auto-fill to start working again when I enter the recipient's name I am sending to? I have updated to Jaws 2018. Perhaps one of these JAWS UPDATES DESTROYED THE Outlook auto-fill function. Thanks.
