I believe the 'best bet' is, usually, Where the To: or CC: Line contains. (you can also make a rule (I've made one called BCC) for those multi-posted messages to go into a certain designated folder, which you could call your spam folder. (This is No. 6 of the 12 actions.)

In variably, most, if not all e-mail lists, will have the name of the list, or some derivative in the subject line, so I think that would be your best bet, as talk of another list in the subject line is very rare indeed.
