I noticed you are using nod32? What version are you using? The reason I
ask, I'm using version 8 and now I get a message from time to time telling
me my version is out of date and I should upgrade to the current version. I
didn't have any problems with installing jaws 2018.

Hi Vicki, I also have Windows 7 Pro and Nod32, and I had no difficulty
installing JAWS 2018. It was by far the fastest and easiest JAWS
installation I've ever experienced. Did you follow the download link
provided by Mike B, as opposed to installing from a disc?

Subject: [JAWS-Users] cannot install 2018
I am unable to install JAWS 2018 on either computer. I am up to date on
everything.
I am using Windows 7 pro.
I am using Nod32 as my antivirus, but have never had a problem with that
before.
Any suggestions as to what to try?
Thanks.
Vicki
