Hi Adrian, Sorry for my delay in getting back to you. I did talk to my son and because I do not really understand his answer I did not have anything clear to tell you. Basically, what you are seeing is the result of two things: 1. A mandate to make their web site more accessible and 2. A new format to integrate another trading company Schwab purchased 7-8 years ago. He told me they have some of the new pages up but all will not will be up until January. That seems to be the reason for 2 people have differing experiences in what they see. Try contacting the guy I just saw recommended and if, after contacting him, you are still searching to understand let me know and I will see if my son would be willing to visit with you on the issue. He is running an IT team right now as one of his responsibilities but they are on the customer service end of things. George
