Hello, I've been using JAWS 15.0.9023, and a BrailleNote Apex as a Braille terminal, at work with no complications for years. We recently upgraded to Office 2016, and Outlook 2016 as a part of that. When I open my Inbox, JAWS correctly reads the list of messages, but the Apex refers to a "list box (lbx), 0 items), and won't display the list. The usual command for opening list boxes (which shouldn't apply anyway) has no effect, and neither does any manipulation of the thumb keys, which usually would bring the items into symc with the speech. The messages appear normally and correctly once opened. The only thing that may have changed, and I can't remember if this is new or not, is that JAWS refers to a "table view" when the Inbox is opened. I'm wondering if I could change the way Outlook displays the list, although that may not be the point since, as I said, the speech is correct, it's just the Braille terminal's display of the list that isn't. I only care because the speech is mostly engaged just as a backup when I'm writing, and I'd prefer to have the Braille be accurate and complete.
Thank you for any advice someone can give me. Andy Shields For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
