I appreciate that, Adrian, but it shouldn't be happening AT ALL. Are you saying this happens to you as well? I'd be curious how many others are experiencing this issue.

I'm using the latest JAWS and Outlook-2010. Very frequently, for no apparent reason, JAWS messages in Outlook become very difficult to read. Instead of a nice and readable message, JAWS will say stuff like: nesting level x; table; nesting level 3, etc etc; the actual text is very difficult to read.
