When set to laptop layout, the caps lock acts as a toggle. If you want to
invoke the capslock for instance, if you want to type aan entire word in
caps, press it twice quickly. Jaws will say, caps lock on. Once you are
finished, toggle it off by pressing it twice quickly again.

My problem is that I cannot turn the caps lock key back to using it as a
caps lock, so when I type, everything is in caps and if I use the shift key
to capitalize the first letter of something and leave the rest in small
letters, it doesn't work.
