If you can still get the Microsoft "Natural" keyboard, it is a full-sized ergonometric keyboard. The left and right hands are slightly skewed inward and outward for less RMI, so it is split in the middle. Easy to get used to the feel. I've been using this type of keyboard on all my computers for 20 years. Hopefully they are still available.
