Hi. What synthesizer are you using currently? Which synth did you download? I believe Vocalizer Expressive 2.0 will not work with older JAWS version than 17, or maybe 18. So you must pick one of the other synths. You might have to enable the synth in utilities, synthesizer manager under the JAWS menu, as well.
