Same here Maria. Clean install on a "Win 10 machine.
Version J2018.1802 64 bit, non-tandem build.
On three attempts, freezes at about 60% on Status: Processing
TableofContents.
Can't cancel the installation. Have to go to Task Manager and End Task.
