To be honest, even though I always recommend that everyone read docs, the
software was so straightforward that I don't think I even bothered, mostly
because when I got it up and running I had to join a meeting right away, so
literally only had time to just get it working, which it did immediately. But
there is a very comprehensive list of keyboard commands available.

My thanks, looks like a trip around the block is in order. Another thought is
it safe to say that the documentation is relatively straight forward?

Hi David and all.

I use it from time to time. It works well and is both accessible and
non-invasive. Yes, what the person said about group calls is likely true, but I
haven't realy tried that and am not all that fussed. It is designed with
business customers in mind, so yes, they charge for their premium services. The
audio quality is good. You can share your computer's screen and audio. I don't
know how well the text chat side of it works with screen-readers in the sense
that I am pretty sure JAWS does not automatically speak text sent to the
window, but you can access it with the jAWS cursor. But again, I haven't really
done much with this, just the audio portion.

I just heard about this service today and am curious if anybody has already
kicked the tires so to speak. Since Skype is loosing its’ accessibility almost
daily it might be time for a move.
