However Jerry indicated that this is intermittent, so his settings are 
correct some of the time. I don't see that being the issue. But calling 
Comcast to complain might result in something.

I think you should call your service provider. They can walk you through
manually configuring your e-mail account. Server not found means you aren't
actually connecting to the imap server, where your mail is stored. Again,
they should help you with this.

Morning folks.
I am having a problem with WLM and comcast. Whenever I try to open or delete
a message from my inbox, I get the following message:
imap.comcast.net was not found.
Does anyone else have the same problem, and if so, can you offer a solution?
I am using WLM 16.4, Jaws 2018 and Windows 10 on a dell laptop.
